Service-Based Business

We provide professional audio-visual sanctuary design services. As a service-based business, our return policy applies to specific circumstances outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Custom Design Work

Custom design work and acoustic treatments are created specifically for your space. Once design work has been completed and materials have been ordered, returns may not be possible due to the custom nature of the work.

Material Returns

If materials are purchased separately and are unused and in original packaging, returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.

Installation Services

Installation services are provided as agreed upon in the service contract. If issues arise with installation, we will work with you to resolve them.

Warranty

Workmanship is covered by our standard warranty. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
